Welcome to MyOrganly. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our products

MyOrganly sells digital download products only. All templates, planners, spreadsheets, and trackers are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

2. Instant delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link. Files are also accessible from your order confirmation page. Downloads are available for a limited number of attempts — please save your files securely after downloading.

3. Personal use licence

All products are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any MyOrganly template. Commercial use is not permitted without written permission.

4. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. As products are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are not offered once files have been downloaded.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, content, and templates are the intellectual property of MyOrganly. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

MyOrganly is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our templates are provided as-is for personal productivity purposes.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
