Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

All products sold by MyOrganly are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once your files have been downloaded or accessed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

However, we want you to be happy. If you experience a technical issue with your download, received the wrong file, or your files are corrupted, please contact us at hello@myorganly.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly — either by resending your files or issuing a store credit.

Exchanges

As our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
